Hi! I’m Amber and I’m so glad you’ve stopped by to learn a little about me and Amber LeCount Coaching! I’m passionate about health and fitness and strive to help others live their healthiest lifestyles. I’m currently an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist and hold a Bachelor of Science from California State University - Monterey Bay. I’ve coached many forms of exercise including bootcamps, kickboxing, TRX, spin, and barre. I specialize in strength training, HIIT (high intensity interval training), and functional movement. I’ve also been a coach with several leading fitness companies in the area through group and individual fitness instruction.
Outside of the gym, I'm a competitive equestrian who loves running, hiking, and spending time outdoors. I'm also an avid animal lover, and my three Vizslas--who are my whole world-- are always by my side (you'll see them often!). I enjoy any form of exercise and am passionate about helping others discover a love for movement too.
My goal is help you become the best version of yourself by helping you to grow and build strength not only physically, but also in confidence and overall wellbeing. I work with people of all ages and walks of life, whether you’re new to exercise or are a lifelong athlete. I strive to be a true partner to my clients in their health and fitness journeys. I will be there with you every step of the way and will design workouts that are customized to your body, aligned with your goals, and that you may even enjoy doing! My top priority is to provide positive support, encouragement, and accountability in ways that work for you, and to help you develop sustainable health and fitness habits.
I believe in finding what works for you, your body, and your lifestyle. No two bodies are the same, nor do they respond to exercise in the same manner. I will always meet you where you’re at whether your fitness level is beginner, intermediate, advanced, or ‘having a bad day’. I listen to your goals and through communication and trust, we develop customized sessions. I prioritize foundational movement and building a strong base. I also prioritize balance, sustainability, and helping you find exercises you enjoy – and maybe a few you hate in a good way. I help you prepare your body to move successfully through everyday life and life’s many stages, while also working towards more challenging, body changing workouts (if that’s your goal!). Knowledge is key to this process. As your coach, I will help you learn correct and safe form, the ‘why’ behind the movements, and how you can use this information outside our sessions.
