As your coach, I'll be there to provide ongoing support and personal accountability through check-ins, helping you to stay on track every step of the way. My training program includes detailed exercise descriptions and videos accessible through an easy-to-use app, so you'll always know exactly how to perform each move. You'll also receive checklists to keep you organized and progress trackers to monitor your improvements over time. Whether you're a fitness newbie or a seasoned athlete, I'm dedicated to helping you reach your goals with a plan that's as unique as you are!
All of the same fun, effective, and safe coaching options are available online! Virtual sessions (Zoom, FaceTime,etc.) are a convenient way to accomplish your training anytime, anywhere. You can even choose to do a partner workout with your best friend who lives across the country! Workouts will be tailored to what you have access to at home and no additional purchases will be necessary. However, if you’re looking to upgrade your home fitness equipment, I recommend investing in a few essentials including a mat, resistance bands, and one set of dumbbells. You’ll need access to a reliable technological device (smartphone, tablet, or computer) and WiFi to ensure successful connection throughout the session.

Need to get out of the house? Come workout with me at one of the nicest health clubs in Sonoma County! At Airport Health Club we will have access to a wide variety of exercise equipment, fitness rooms, and gym amenities. The workouts are custom tailored directly to your goals, with variety, challenges, and fun! Airport Club will allow us the opportunity to get you feeling comfortable and confident exercising in a gym environment. No membership required!

Partner training provides the same great benefits as private training, but you get to share the session and cost with another person. Sometimes having that extra person even increases motivation and accountability!
Looking for the same benefits of one-on-one training at reduced rates? Have a group of people you want to be on this journey with? Small group training allows you to have positive encouragement and fun while you train with friends and/or family. This bootcamp style training will bring you together for a challenging and effective session. All equipment will be provided and options will be given at all fitness levels!
When I was a kid, my perfect meal was fried chicken strips followed by vanilla ice cream with rainbow sprinkles and popcorn. This is still my favorite meal and I enjoy eating it, just not every day. Balance - whether in training or nutrition - is my mantra. What you feed your body makes an unparalleled difference in your overall health, wellness, and physique. And food can also be an important source of comfort and enjoyment. But in the face of so many diet fads and information-overload on the internet, nutrition is also where many people feel the most confused and frustrated. Through my nutrition counseling, I can help you learn about nutritional lifestyle changes, healthy recipes, customized macros, and more. My goal is to give you the tools you need to make healthy decisions that work for you and your family. I can also help you learn other useful practices to track your meals, maintain accountability, and manage macronutrients if you feel that’s what your body needs. I’m here to help you learn and to make a sustainable plan. I believe that food is fuel and requires balance, not deprivation (because chicken strips…).
