I have been working with Amber for over two years now. Before our first session I was suffering from muscle and ligament issues in my hip and had constant lower back pain. Amber created workouts that not only solved those issues but strengthened those areas as well. Her knowledge of the mechanics of the human body is endless. Workouts are catered to my specific needs and my body is stronger than ever!!

Amber significantly changed how I view myself, how I view working out and how I started treating my body differently. I told her I wanted to improve strength and be able to jump a six foot brick wall and even after a brief period, she got me there and even further then that. When we started she assessed where I was at that time and altered the workouts to what worked best for my body and capabilities. Amber is the most encouraging, positive and engaging trainer. She kept me on a routine in and outside of the gym that made me stronger, healthier and overall a better version of myself! Amber continues to be an inspiration and always will be. Three years ago, I decided it was time to pay attention to my body as I was entering my 70’s. The first person I saw was good in showing me the fundamentals, however she didn’t challenge me. I then started seeing Amber and my workout changed for the better on Day 1. She asked me questions about my goals, my diet, my aches & pains, and areas of concern. We steadily challenged my body with new and fun workouts. Amber always showed up happy to see me and ready to go. I could tell that she had spent time ahead of our workout to prepare and continually change up routines specifically for me. During our time together, it was rewarding to lose my goal weight but even more important to lose those unwanted inches. Because of logistics we could not continue our training. My body misses our time together and I miss her thoughtfulness and enthusiasm.

Amber’s approach to training is the best I’ve found! She is all about balance when it comes to work and play. She is so imaginative and creative with her workouts. They never get stale and are ever changing! I am the person that needs constant help sticking to my healthy eating. Amber is always there for me. She helps me with my nutrition but also doesn’t make me feel like a failure if I have a burger and fries once in a while. I had knee surgery 2 years ago. I’ve really been struggling to find the right moves to help in my recovery and Amber has been wonderful helping me get back to my full strength. She modifies moves for me when I need it, but also pushes me when she knows it’s something I can really do. She has been (and is) such a huge help to me on my fitness and health journey!
